Give your child a calm, fun, and healthy way to end the school day with our afterschool Yoga program designed especially for students in Kindergarten through Grade 4.

In this program, children will:

  • Learn simple yoga poses and breathing exercises

  • Build strength, balance, and flexibility

  • Practice relaxation and mindfulness to help manage stress and big feelings

  • Develop focus, body awareness, and confidence in a playful, age-appropriate way

  • And most importantly, HAVE FUN!

Each class will include:

  • A gentle warm-up

  • Yoga games and themed pose sequences (To move the body and get some energy out!)

  • Calm-down stretches

  • A short relaxation or mindfulness activityNo experience needed—just comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to move and have fun!
