Give your child a calm, fun, and healthy way to end the school day with our afterschool Yoga program designed especially for students in Kindergarten through Grade 4.

In this program, children will:

  • Learn simple yoga poses and breathing exercises

  • Build strength, balance, and flexibility

  • Practice relaxation and mindfulness to help manage stress and big feelings

  • Develop focus, body awareness, and confidence in a playful, age-appropriate way

Each class will include:

  • A gentle warm-up

  • Yoga games and themed pose sequences

  • Calm-down stretches

  • A short relaxation or mindfulness activity

Details:

  • Grades: Kindergarten – Grade 4

  • Day: Thursdays

  • Dates: April 9 – May 28

  • Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

  • Pick-Up: Between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
