Give your child a calm, fun, and healthy way to end the school day with our afterschool Yoga program designed especially for students in Kindergarten through Grade 4.
In this program, children will:
Learn simple yoga poses and breathing exercises
Build strength, balance, and flexibility
Practice relaxation and mindfulness to help manage stress and big feelings
Develop focus, body awareness, and confidence in a playful, age-appropriate way
Each class will include:
A gentle warm-up
Yoga games and themed pose sequences
Calm-down stretches
A short relaxation or mindfulness activity

Grades: Kindergarten – Grade 4
Day: Thursdays
Dates: April 9 – May 28
Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Pick-Up: Between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
